Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where SFDB is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons. Any approved refund will be processed after evaluation.

4. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the applicable timeframe and are subject to review and approval by SFDB management.
